If you are new to Pilates, Glow Up should be your first place to try it! I had never done Pilates before, but after attending my first class here with Donna, I fell in love with Pilates! I’m in the gym 3-4 times per week, and nothing compares to the full body workout I received here! The studio is very clean, inviting and everyone is so friendly. The classes are small, giving you a more comfortable and personal experience, especially for beginners. Just try the $18 intro class. You won’t regret it!

Obsessed! I never thought i would love Pilates as much as i do, especially because it is so out of my comfort zone and not the kind of workout i usually do but OMG I am so happy to be part of the Glow up fam cause they truly are the best! LaToya is the sweetest and all of the instructors are just amazing. They are so different in every GOOD way, some are relaxing but will have you sweating, there’s some that are spicccyyyy and have you shaking in places you didn’t think could shake annnd sometimes you get all of the above lol you just never know but you’ll always always leave feeling so good.
